Organiser Terms

You run the evening. Between Us lists it, sends you applications and holds you to the standards you agreed to. Nothing more, and nothing hidden.

1. Your role and ours

You are the event provider and the seller of admission. Your contract for the event is with your guests, directly. Between Us lists the event, passes applications and enquiries to you, and provides the conduct framework. We are not a co-organiser, not an agent and not a payment service.

2. Accuracy

Everything you publish must be true at the time of publication: date, city, format, capacity, admission price, what is included, who is admitted and under what conditions. Correct it as soon as it changes. Guests who applied to a changed event must be told.

3. Minimum information before an event can go live

An event cannot be approved or published until it states: the date, the city or region, the admission price (or an explicit statement that there is no admission price), who the provider is, and the cancellation and refund terms that will apply. Events missing any of these stay in draft.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You set your own cancellation and refund terms, you publish them on the event, and you honour them. If you cancel or move an event, you tell every confirmed guest without delay and refund according to your published terms. Between Us handles no money and issues no refunds.

5. Conduct standards

You run the evening to the published Event Standards: consent first, a real check-in, no photography in social areas, a named contact on the night, and a reporting route afterwards. You act on reports from your own guests.

6. Prohibited activities

The Prohibited Activities policy applies in full. In particular: no paid sexual services of any kind, no arrangement or facilitation of paid sexual access, no admission for anyone under 18, no explicit media in listings, no coercion and no filming of guests. Admission you sell is admission to an evening. It must never be marketed, priced or described as buying contact, intimacy or a person's participation.

7. Approval and de-listing

Organiser accounts and individual events are reviewed before they go live. We can decline, pause or de-list an event or an account — for breach of these terms, unmet cancellation obligations, misrepresentation, or unresolved safety reports.

8. Data

You receive only the guest data an application requires and you use it for that event only. You do not publish guest lists, resell contact data or contact guests for unrelated purposes. Delete guest data when it is no longer needed for the event or for legal obligations.

9. Fees

There is no listing fee and no commission today, and Between Us does not process ticket money. If fees are introduced, they apply only after notice and your acceptance.

This document is under legal review. It describes how Between Us operates today: an introduction and discovery platform that does not process payments. Governing law, jurisdiction and the operator's registered details are completed once the operating company is registered.
