Event Launch Support

Who it is for: Independent lifestyle organisers or venue hosts who already have an event plan, an audience or a venue.
What it solves: Launching or relaunching an event takes a lot of operational effort, and it is hard to know where the guest journey will break. You want a dependable structure without handing over your event.

For couples, private groups and hosts

Private Event Production

Who it is for: A couple, private group or lifestyle host who would like a professionally planned, music-led social evening.
What it solves: Planning a private evening means many decisions, open questions about cost and discretion, and the worry of surprises on the night. You would rather be a relaxed host than the person running everything.

What we can coordinate, as agreed

Concept and the flow of the evening — relaxed and social first, moving into house and electronic music for dancing
Sourcing venue and DJ options for you to choose from
A production schedule and coordination of external service providers
Coordination on the day, within the agreed scope

Not included in the planning fee

Venue hire, DJ fees, hospitality and staffing
Music licences (GEMA/GVL, where applicable)
Insurance, taxes and other event costs
Any sexual activity or service, and any arranged personal introductions

You, as the host, are intended to be the organiser, and ideally you contract the main suppliers directly. Participation and interactions are always voluntary. Who actually holds legal and operational duties depends on the written agreement and the circumstances.

How it works

1. Tell us about the event
A short enquiry covering the type of event, city, rough date and size. No intimate details needed.
2. Agree scope and responsibilities
We agree in writing what we do, who does what and a written quote.
3. Plan and coordinate
Work starts only after the agreement is signed.

There is no online payment on Between Us. Professional fees are invoiced separately, as agreed.

Who does what

You (organiser or host): Host the event and remain its intended organiser. You decide on guests, the venue and suppliers, and contract them where agreed.
Between Us: Provides the planning and coordination described in the written agreement — no more, no less.
Third-party suppliers: Venues, DJs, caterers and other providers quote and deliver their own services under their own terms.

Venue, DJ, music-licence (GEMA/GVL) and insurance costs need actual quotes and are not included in our fee. We do not promise licence-free music.

Questions

Do I need to use Connections?: No. Event Services are separate from Connections and Stays.
Do you sell tickets for my event?: No. Organisers keep their own ticketing and payments. Between Us does not collect guest money.
Are the venue and DJ included?: No. They are quoted and paid separately, usually directly by you.
Is this an adult sexual event service?: No. This is planning for social, music-led evenings. Sexual activity and services are not part of it.
How is privacy handled?: We ask only for what is needed to plan: contact details and the practical facts of the event. Please do not send intimate or health details.
