Listing is free for organisers: no listing fee and no subscription. Between Us is building a commission-based event marketplace and intends to earn a service commission on admissions sold through the platform once integrated ticketing goes live, on terms agreed with you first. Today you collect ticket money through your own payment method and keep all of it.

What to prepare

  • Your organiser or company identity, and who is responsible for it.
  • A short, honest description of the events you run and your experience.
  • A website, listing page or references, if you have them.
  • The countries and cities where you operate.
  • Your acceptance of the Between Us platform standards.

What happens next

You start an application, save it as a draft, review it and submit it. Applications stay pending until our team reviews them. Approval is never automatic and never guaranteed.

Our standards

Between Us is built on consent, discretion and respect. Organisers are expected to run clearly communicated events, keep guest data private, and handle boundaries and complaints seriously.

Read our community guidelines

You stay in control

  • You set ticket or admission pricing and what each category costs.
  • You set capacity and the balance of couples, single women and single men.
  • You decide the concept, the house rules and the door policy.
  • You approve, waitlist or decline every applicant yourself.
  • You choose whether the exact venue is published or released after approval.

How Between Us earns

  • No listing fee, no subscription and no paid promotion. Ranking cannot be bought.
  • Between Us plans to earn a service commission on admission revenue generated through the platform, once integrated ticketing and marketplace payment are activated.
  • Commission and commercial terms will be agreed with you in writing before any paid ticketing function applies to your events.
  • Until then you keep your own ticketing and your full ticket revenue — Between Us takes nothing from sales it does not process.

Admission buys entry to an event only. It never buys access to, contact with, or activity of any other guest.

What you get

  • A bilingual event page with your own rules, pricing and ticketing — we never sell your tickets or take a cut.
  • Approved members: completed profiles, confirmed email address, accepted consent and safety standards. We do not check identity documents.
  • Structured applications with the details you actually need to build a balanced room.
  • Attendance, waitlist and capacity tools, including couple and single-woman categories.
  • Verified reviews from people who actually attended, with a right of reply.
  • A venue directory: send a venue enquiry to lifestyle-friendly properties without cold-calling.
  • Room for the formats you actually run: Between Us Connections, deep-house and club nights, rooftop, villa and hotel events, dinner socials and weekenders.

What we do not do (yet)

  • No Between Us ticket checkout, no payment processing and no payouts yet — you own the money flow today, and integrated ticketing is in preparation.
  • No paid promotion or featured placement. Ranking cannot be bought.
  • No guaranteed attendance. We are early-stage and focused on Germany, Austria and Switzerland first.

How it works

  1. 1. Apply as an organiser

Create an account and submit your organisation details. We verify who is behind the events before anything goes public.

  2. 2. Publish your first event

Write it in English and German, set capacity per category, and choose how people apply. We review it before it goes live.

  3. 3. Manage applications

Approve, waitlist or decline. Message applicants inside the platform. Keep your own guest list and your own door policy.

  4. 4. Sell your way today, through the marketplace later

For now you handle payment at the door or through your own system, and keep all of it — Between Us holds no guest money. Integrated ticketing with a service commission is in preparation and will only apply once agreed with you.

What stays under your control

  • Your admission criteria and door policy, within our consent and safety standards.
  • Your pricing, admission categories and capacity per category.
  • Which applications you accept, waitlist or decline, and why.
  • Your cancellation, postponement and no-show terms.
  • Whether the exact venue is public or released only to confirmed guests.
  • Your own ticketing or at-the-door payment — the money flow never touches us.
  • Unpublishing or cancelling an event, with attendees notified.

What is public and what is not

Public on your event page

  • Your organiser trading name, country and the city or region of the event.
  • Date, time, format, capacity and admission categories with prices.
  • What admission includes and excludes, and your cancellation, postponement and no-show terms.
  • Approved photos and verified reviews from people who attended, with your right of reply.

Never public

  • The exact venue address unless you choose to publish it.
  • Applicant identities, application answers and your accept/decline decisions.
  • Your contact details, organisation documents and verification records.
  • Internal admin notes and review history.

What to prepare (about 15 minutes)

You can create the account first and add the event afterwards.

  • Organisation name, country, responsible person and any registration reference.
  • Links or references to events you have run before, if you have them.
  • For your first event: date, time, city, capacity per category and prices.
  • What admission includes and excludes, in plain language.
  • Your cancellation, postponement and no-show terms.
  • Photos you own the rights to, with no identifiable guests.

Admission buys entry to the event only. It never buys access to another person, and nothing on Between Us may be described or priced as payment for sexual services. Everything that happens between adults at an event is their own free, sober and revocable decision.

Straight answers

What does it cost?
Nothing upfront: no listing fee and no subscription, and no commission on tickets you sell yourself today. When Between Us ticketing goes live, we intend to earn a service commission on admissions sold through the platform, on terms agreed with you in advance.
Do I lose control of my door policy?
No. You decide who is accepted, what the ratio is, and what your house rules are. We only require that consent and safety standards are respected.
Do I have to publish the exact venue?
No. You can keep the exact location private and release it only to confirmed guests.
What if I already sell tickets elsewhere?
Keep doing that. Link your existing ticketing from the event page; we do not compete with it.
How are reviews handled?
Only attendees can review, reviews are moderated against our standards, and you always get a public right of reply.
How long does approval take?
Usually a few working days for the organiser account, and a shorter check for each event afterwards.
