Come as you are, take things at your own pace, and see what feels right. This is a social evening, not a play party. No pressure. No promised connection.

Twelve people, a welcoming bar and time to talk. Short conversations make it easier to say hello. Where the evening goes from there is up to you.

    A relaxed drinks moment in the flow of the evening — not a formal break.

The ten-minute drinks moment is part of the evening's flow, not a formal break. Afterwards you are welcome to stay at the hotel bar, subject to its opening hours. Drinks, food and rooms are paid separately.

    Four people share each table. Couples always stay together.

  2. Nine minutes to connect

    Enjoy nine minutes of conversation, then take one minute to move to your next table. Six rounds, new faces and new possibilities.

  3. Follow your personal schedule

    Your printed seating schedule shows where to go. Short instructions are waiting at each table.

Before the evening, your schedule will identify the Between Us support contact and any venue contact confirmed under a written agreement. Venue support arrangements are not confirmed yet.

    Make room for each person at the table. Listen as well as talk.

    Skip any question or take part only as much as feels comfortable.

    Flirting is welcome

    Ask before touching. Physical contact always needs consent.

    No pressure. No means no.

    Respect every boundary. Attendance promises neither sexual activity nor a connection.

    Keep it private

    No photos, videos or sharing anyone’s identity without their explicit permission.

    Enjoy responsibly

    Alcohol and ordering drinks are optional. This is a social evening, not a play party.

06 / Your hotel experience

Stay for a drink. Or stay the night.

The hotel bar is the setting for the evening. Drinks, food and optional rooms are not included in your event ticket and are paid directly to the hotel. You are welcome to stay at the bar afterwards, subject to its opening hours.

The exact hotel address is shared privately with confirmed guests only.

07 / After the event

The night ends. The connection doesn't have to.

Reconnect through JOYclub if you want to. Any future organised sharing remains subject to privacy and operational approval. Guests would need to choose explicitly to share their JOYclub username with other guests who also explicitly opt in. Each person decides for themselves; a joint couple account is shared only if both partners agree.

No username is shared without that choice. There is no Between Us matching algorithm, automatic yes/no match or automatic contact release for First Spark.
