What the package includes
Readiness review
We go through every publication requirement with you — description in both languages, cancellation terms, taxes and fees, pricing basis, check-in and check-out, minimum nights — and hand you a report with each point marked pass or gap.
Positioning
The honest version of what your property is: how much privacy it really offers, which couples it suits, and what you would rather not host. Your property never has to present itself publicly as a lifestyle property, and discretion stays yours to define.
Bilingual listing copy
A description written for English and German guests, not machine-translated, in the restrained tone this audience trusts.
Guest journey
Enquiry reply templates, house rules, arrival and privacy information, and what to send when — so a first message becomes a confirmed stay.

What it costs
A one-off package price, agreed in writing before anything starts and invoiced directly by Between Us. Listing your property on Between Us is free with or without it.
What it is not
- Not paid placement. Position in search cannot be bought, and a package never changes a review outcome.
- Not approval. Your listing still goes through the same review as everyone else's.
- Not a booking guarantee. We will not promise enquiry volume we cannot prove.
- Not a photo shoot. We give guidance; the images stay yours.
Straight answers
- Does buying this get my listing approved faster?
- No. Review is independent, and a well-prepared listing simply has fewer gaps to send back.
- Do we have to brand ourselves publicly as a lifestyle property?
- No. Your property keeps its own identity. You choose the attributes and the wording, and many partners stay deliberately understated.
- Is our address published?
- Never automatically. Your exact address stays private until you release it inside an enquiry.
- What if we already have good copy?
- Then say so in the enquiry and we will scope a smaller review-only version.
